Claude is way overpriced imo. Try ChatGPT IDE instead (formerly called Codex). I think the subscription is around the same price, but quota is much higher. I got a good deal on Antigravity + Google AI Pro subscription so I am also using that. Gemini Flash v3.8 seems to work pretty well. But for the most bang for the buck nothing beats DeepSeep v4 Flash. Only thing is that the API has gotten quite slow lately. Probably too many people using it now.
I would never use the Claude API. Way too over priced. The $20 a month plan is good enough. For ChatGPT, I just find it cannot code very well for advanced projects. For simple things like Arduino it does just fine. For PHP, I think Gemini cannot do PHP to save its life.
