Please post the installation log . I had faced the same issue and i continued manually from where the installer gave error. You can follow the same steps and make your installation complete.

Please paste the logs in preformatted text , it looks nice and easy to read. These logs are the startup logs not the installation logs. Please reinstall and post errors. Else you can try the installation script provided by @KNERD
