A Customer bought a DID and can't call forward

The customer buy a DID and then when try to call forward appear a windows with this sentence “Permission Denied!”

How about a screenshot of the window, and perhaps FreeSwitch & web logs when this occurs?

never on my life i have used a program so useless like ASTPP

i think there are couple of threads on telling people to switch to Debian 11. But yes, their coding is not the best
