Can someone please help why this error I’m getting?

I already increase upload and memory limits but getting following error:

Error Number: 2006
MySQL server has gone away
SELECT currency FROM (currency) WHERE id = ‘139’
Filename: /opt/ASTPP/web_interface/astpp/models/db_model.php
Line Number: 77

Maybe check the currency database for the record with id=139 to make sure it exists and is not corrupted? In my case it’s the USD record
