If any word in the email template body contains an apostrophe, it breaks the email template and #Data# are not populated. For example, the sentence
pour plus d’information or We’ve access numbers in New York
results in 39;ve in Details and breaks the Details list. The template is mailed out wrong.
This is not an issue in English since I can simply choose not to use apostrophes but if I am writing in French this is a major problem as I can not simply omit the apostrophe or replace it with something else.
