I am reaching out for some help with configuring ASTPP Billing. I have recently started working with ASTPP, and I am having trouble setting up the billing rules to fit our specific needs.
We’re trying to implement a tiered pricing model…, but I am not sure how to set up the different rate plans and ensure they apply correctly to our call records.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or could provide a step-by-step guide on how to configure these billing rules: ??
