ASTPP 5.0 Error class 'CI_Controller' not found

ASTPP 5.0
Cent OS 7 new install
after installing astpp I have
Error class ‘CI_Controller’ not found

I ran the new centos7 several times and it still helps me stuck testing the platform on my server…
