ASTPP v5 community - charges history and pro rata product

Is “charges history” under billing and pro rata for product (charge based on utilized days) only available for enterprise version of ASTPP?

For DID product in the community version, is it default to pro rata charge type?

Charges history is available for enterprise version but there is nothing which is called pro rata products, can you please explain this.
