Billing inbound calls

Hello,

I have a problem with billing inbound calls from provider.

Scenario is like this. I need local calls to be free(did 2 did) while billing inbound calls from certain provider. I only have 1 trunk with ip auth to my FusionPBX using accountcode and dids are forwarded to did@ip.

What i tried is inserting price for calls in did settings, but then local calls are also billed.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks.

Anyone here?

I can’t imagine that this forum is abandoned.

Hi have a inbound trunk and a outbound trunk i am trying to configure the inbound but i am not able to get it to work any help

@netcom - i have not personally used this or tried your setup type, but you might check the Provider account settings, and trying playing with the option:
LC Charge / Min
not sure which would take precedence, this setting or the DID Cost / min.
i would imagine, the setting the provider LC to 0 and leaving the cost under DID might be what you need.

Hello @NormanMichaelis

First of all, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, my setup has already included LC to 0 and did cost per min of 0.01, it does not work. I mean, it works, but customer is charged 0.01 for local call.

I suspect you will need to make two different rate decks. One for local calls, and another for all others.

did2did, do you mean sip extension to sip extension call?
