Call Rejecting from the provider

Hello today i signed up with another carrier. its actually ireland local carrier.
its IP based authentication.
i have setup the gateway properly.
as i am using astpp over 2 years. cant miss anything. they also get hit from my server but still the call get rejected. they send me the config and said

in my codec section its PCMA,PCMU, G729
do you think its codec issue and i get rejection?

can you please help me with the information? and how to fix it?

Providing logs would help, otherwise we are just guessing

If possibly because of from user number format or codec. FS logs will have the details.
