Calls disappear from cdr with -3 timezone

I have a problem in astpp since version 5 that already has 1 ticket in jira-891 and that continues in version 6, in my case I configure all possible options in astpp web interface in -3 timezone, and all outgoing calls before 9PM they simply disappear from the CDR in the Reports>>Call Detail Reports>>Customer option, and also disappear from the Dashboard.
