The dialplan and bridge created, it seems switch tried sending calls to provider ‘Tel4_trunk’ but got rejection from provider, you can check from sip trace and share it with provider to query about the rejection.

I have checked with the provider and everything is ok.
I called once or twice, but then I couldn’t call it.

This is not having a full call log. Moreover share sngrep as that will be more helpful.
