CDR is creating two records for incoming calls

Hi i am having trouble when i receive incoming call on did which is configured on astpp. The cdr records shows two records for single call one is incoming and 1 is outgoing.

My DID is route to a pbx.

Can someone help please.

It will be two records only, when call comes in ASTPP it will be inbound for system, and then via DID it will route to PBX which will be your outbound call.

Many thanks for your reply, I Understand but i want only one record and that should incoming what if i want to make it only 1 record because i want to show the customer the only single record against single call, is there any possibility ?
