What’s the cost to fix the Dashboard once and for all? The statistics are completely useless. The generated numbers and corresponding statistics don’t make any sense no matter how you look at them.
They NEVER match the numbers generated by the call summary report or the provider summary report even if I play with the date ranges.

Have you taken a look at open source Grafana?
Why not just fix the existing dashboard?
Good luck with that. They won’t even upgrade Code Igniter version which went EOL 10 years ago.
Maybe put in a Bug report and ping one of the folks here. They to tend to fix bugs
