When creating the DID in version 5.0 I fill in City and Province. But when buying the DID in the customer’s area, if he chooses only the country, they are available for purchase, but if I define City and Province, no DID is available! Is it a bug or where did I go wrong?

I tried to reproduce your DID related concern. It is working fine.
when if City and Province also define in DID. After that in customer login when try to search by using City and province, DID is displaying as available.
