when downloading a conversation recording from a site, a broken recording is downloaded. if you unload the record using sftp directly from the server, then the record opens normally. tell me where to look for the problem? I am using astpp v6 community on debian 10.
the only error during installation was
vm-tutorial_record_name.flac: WARNING, don’t have accurate sample count available for WAVE header.
Generated WAVE file will have a data chunk size of 0. Try
decoding directly to a file instead.

Hello @kola12 We are happy to see your willingness to support us.
As we checked internally, required only 1 line of change to make it working.
Please follow below steps.
Login in your server
open cron file using command “crontab -e”
paste the below line at the end of the file
chmod -Rf 755 /opt/ASTPP/web_interface/astpp/playlist/example/media/recordings/* (Note : paste 5 Star, due to format issue it it showing different icons)
