DTMF Problem calls not passing

Dear All
Over the last months am getting complains that calls using dtmf are not passing correctly or not at all.My customers are using mostly ip authentication.Any ideas about this?I have changed over 10 providers hopping that the problem was from provider site but at it seems its from my astpp.
Any ideas?
