Fail2ban error on debian 11

Hello,

I’m testing on ASTPP V6 When I checked the fail2ban configuration, it was sadly not functioning. “ERROR: Failed to access socket path: /var/run/fail2ban/fail2ban.sock. Is fail2ban running?”

I’m using debian 11

That sounds like a fail2ban problem not an ASTPP problem.

Did you try systemctl restart fail2ban?

hey @sman123 Thanks for your hands. Yes, yes, fail2ban is up and running but there were errors like not blocking sshd or sip, etc.; all are enabled
