Footer in mobile device in portrait mode too large

As you can see the footer is rather large on 5.0.1 after commit 7bf3b9b

On some pages such as create customer, you have to flip to landscape to see the save button and on other pages with grid you can’t see the bottom row.

Will do once on computer. Jira web interface is too awkward on a mobile device.
