Forum Suggestions to make it faster to get help

I’d like to suggest that when users are posting for help, that they include the following basic information.

  • ASTPP Version (EG. 4.0.1 or 5.0)
  • ASTPP Edition (Community or Enterprise)
  • Operating System: (Debian X or Centos X)

Thoughts?

Yes, It will be quicker to response for anybody if in the first request all these info with actual concern shared in detail. However this forum is for community edition related concern only, so ‘Edition’ wont be required.

Thanks for such a good suggestion, its really good if members share those information in more brief so the chance of accurate feedback is more quickly and accurate.

In that case, is there a way you can show an alert when creating a new post to include that information?
