How can we receive calls to to all our extension

I have issue with receiving calls from our number to all our users
What is the process to do that any one help
I want to receive calls of my 4 extension in simultaneously

That is called a “ring group.”

ASTPP is a billing system, not a PBX. You would either do custom dialplans, or just set up a PBX to ASTPP.
