How do ASTPP create a SIP account?

My dude is how do ASTPP create a SIP account ? , I entered to /etc/freeswitch/directory but this is empty . Also I tried to create a SIP account in this and I got a error .Thanks for their answer

ASTPP creates SIP Devices in astpp database, sip_device Table

As well as realtime in asterisk , the sip accounts are created through of the database ,So there isnt a file *.xml with sip accounts ???
