How to stop DID from getting released or DID billing

Go in to that DID edit and check the billing type.

DID have 3 types of billing

One time
Recurring

Recurring monthly. <<<---- THIS OPTION NOT SHOW

Please someone??

My DIDs are being released from the accounts, even I changing the options of one time or recurring, even changing the amount of Days, how can I stop this and the dids are not released?

Recurring monthly is only available on Enterprise.

You can achieve a somewhat similar setup setting it to “Recurring” with the days set to 30:

You could test if it works by setting it to billing days 1 and see if the DID renews automatically after 1 day or if it still drops off.
