How we can register a member on ASTPP though API?

I want my customer to register from a WP-based website and use the same login as an ASTPP user. customer will register on the WordPress site and it will get registered on ASTPP as well at that time.

There is a customer portal, as well they can sign up from there. If you want, you can make your own custom page using the portal code as an example.
