It sounds cool, but if your AI fraud detection system actually “listens” to the calls and evaluates the conversation, it is going to be a hard sell in North America and Europe. Consumers would not like to have their calls recorded, and strong privacy laws probably don’t allow this kind of system.

You are absolutely right and got the same feedback from many others, and it’s an important concern.

We have deployed this feature with a few customers in Asia and Africa where regulations permit or not so strong for such implementations, and the results have been positive so far.

That said, we are fully aware of the privacy challenges in regions like North America and Europe. We are actively working on improving the feature to support privacy compliant workflows, including local processing and consent-based options, to align with stricter regulations.
