Invoice Download Error

I can’t download the Invoice from admin page or customer page. The error is:
error: 6 : ######

Yes, 755 should also be work if it related to permission issue, If not work then check logs (access log, error log)

all web directories and files have 755 permission.

When I try to download/see one invoice, no error on access/error log.

Hope you have given permission to /opt/ASTPP whole directory and checked.

May be you can reboot server and check once

I think there is a code error invoice relate.
If I don’t change Admin logo I can download ALL invoices. If I change Admin logo in Configuration -> Company Profiles error: 6 : ###### for ALL invoice.
