IVR Fail Over or Time Out Action

Hello !!

We have a problem with IVR menu at the Time Out selection
we have set timeout " 2 " but even if i set 2, 3 or 4 times redirection works on 3rd time

What i m doing wrong ??

Do you mean UI is not saving the information?

i m not sure if its UI or need to configure from the console but it seems like that
, the fail forward always work after 3rd time,

i have enterprise edition 4 . is any place where i can set up manual from console??
