No it’s not… once the real call answer the timer will be new one
It seems your provider might be giving you false answer. You must look at sngrep and sent that information with your provider.
no samir. he is right… i also see in live call page time counter is going from the time its start ringing. but i get actual bill in the CDR page. so its start the counter from the time its connected. i thought after the call answer we have right counter start. but just now did a test. and he is right. its counter on all th time. please look the pic
