Good afternoon, gentlemen, I’m having trouble adjusting my location. I want to add the area code 65 only when there is no area code or when it is not present.
Example: 878202389 add 65878202389
So far, I’ve only been able to get anything using the " * "
In this case, I would do several locations with other area codes as well
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you want to add area code 65 to your ORIGINATION lookup, i.e. the rate used to lookup your cost of the call, or do you want to add 65 to your Termination rate, i.e. the number string sent to your provider to terminate the call in Singapore?
In my case, I strip the international prefix 011, 00 on the Origination side and send 65 on the termination side with Cut * and Add 65
