Localizations Destination Based Callerid not found

Friends, according to the video tutorial [Tutorial] ASTPP 4 Tutorial : Precedence of Localization in version 5 the Destination Based Callerid option is not shown in the Localizations settings.
Example: whenever you dial a destination starts at 1 the callerid= 111111111
Example: whenever you dial a destination starts at 2 the callerid= 22222222

and so on.
