It’s impossible to add blocked codes in the customer profile because there is no search tool. My dropdown list has 131,000 records and no search tool. How am I supposed to add area code 1340 if I can’t search for it? Manually this will take forever.
I would not expect a response or fix on that anytime soon. Even their paid version 7 is way over due by nearly six months now.
The block code module will be migrated to call barring module. We are doing restructing of the modules to elimite duplicate features and to optimize the code for better performace.
Thus, we are not targetting to fix anything in block code. If you want us to fix in your setup then you can contact to our sales team and we will allocate engineer to do that for you as paid service.
