No cdr created for calling card call

Hello Astpp
today i noticed that there is no CDR going to the cdr table for the calling card call.
so scenario is

customer has no balanc ,triying to make call by calling card access number. he listen sorry you have no credit. good bye. and call hangup. thats perfect. but i can see its nothing recorded in CDR. usually for all kinds of call (insufficient balance account) i can see CDR posted successfullly NO_SUFFICIENT_FUND [31] only the calling card one not posting to CDR.
how can i solve it? thanks

As far as we understand, for the calling card business, you are more concerned about the answered calls failed calls. By considering that, we mainly logging answered calls.

If you think, we should insert fail calls for calling cards then please report that it into We will workout on that.
