No selection in Rate Group and Account in search Report Customer CDR

Just wondering why there is no selection in Rate Group and Account in search Customer CDR astppv5 and astppv6

Select Reseller from dropdown first, Rate Group and Account dropdown will populate accordingly

How about in the search Origination Rates page?

I tried searching by active or other fields but cant get rate group to show up

Same thing. Populate the RESELLER field first
