Import Origination rates. Regardless of increment, the import fails with Initial Increment is not Valid
Well the increment is exactly the same as the Origination Rate Sample CSV. Tried shorting the cost/minute to 2 digits i.e. 0.00 where is was 5 digits. Made no difference.
2-row example:
Code
Destination
Connection Cost (USD)
Grace Time
Cost / Min (USD)
Initial Increment
Increment
7840
Abkhazia Fixed
0
0
0.47
30
60
649
New Zealand Fixed - Auckland
0
0
0.021145133
30
30
Downloaded ERROR CSV displays:
Code
Destination
Connection Cost (CAD)
Grace Time
Cost / Min (CAD)
Initial Increment
Increment
Error
7840
Abkhazia Fixed
0
0
0.351008215
22.40477969
60
Initial Increment is not Valid
649
New Zealand Fixed - Auckland
0
0
0.01493652
22.40477969
30
Initial Increment is not Valid
The other very strange this is, the CSV file imported for Origination has exactly this:
Code
Destination
Connection Cost (USD)
Grace Time
Cost / Min (USD)
Initial Increment
Increment
7840
Abkhazia Fixed
0
0
0.47
30
60
649
New Zealand Fixed - Auckland
0
0
0.02
30
30
And the failure shows the initial increment as 22.40477969
Where is it getting the number from?
The downloaded EXAMPLE of the Origination CSV has:
Hello @Mr.Smith
We tried our side and it seems to work fine.
Can you please provide your rate sheet (test_rate_sheet.csv sheet) for more investigation?
Also please share Admin currency and system currency as well.
This whole system is not what I call good. My old system works perfectly. Even the fixer key doesn’t work so currencies cannot be updated.
Example, Fixer Key *

currency exchange rates not updated successfully for this reason invalid_access_key please check from fixer side.
So far this system is USELESS!
Even your Quick Start is out of order.
Your guide says:
Origination Configuration
**Create Rate Group. Tariff -> Rate Groups**
** Select Trunk in Rate Group**
** Add Origination Rates. Tariff → Origination rates (Pattern example : 1, 235)**
That is WRONG!. You need to have gateway and trunk created FIRST. I presume this incorrect info is due to the fact you want people to buy the enterprise version.
I thought this astpp billing could replace what we use but it cannot.
