how you are calling? give more details
Sip device that is logged into the server. There are 2 possible routes which it sees but skips stating the its skipping for loss less routing

On the sip dialer I just get a message stating that not termination rate found

Because, it seems you have imported termination rates correctly as you got from your provider but set origination rates cost to 0 for all the codes and the system will not allow termination rates > origination rates for any code.
