Outgoing fine but DID Inbound Not Working
The CDR shows: ORIGINATION_RATE_NOT_FOUND [31]
I have followed all instructions for setting up the DID (with pricing), routing the DID to the customer SIP Device, however nowhere does it mention anything about making a separate origination rate??
What am I missing guys?

Change the settings of Rate check for DID to No from Settings → Call and that should resolve your issue.
Rate check set to NO. Still same alert! Anything else to check?

Please capture the Freeswitch call log and share.
I figured it out. I had entered my DID’s as 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx and it should be entered as xxx-xxx-xxxx
