I’m trying to enable direct payment in the system, but paypal only works in sendbox mode in the live, there’s an error on the page, I’ve already contacted paypal support and they said that in my account everything is ok with the credentials

Nobody can help if you do not show us the error.
Try in a different browser, or a Private Tab. PayPal is notorious for presenting errors like that.
same thing tested in different browser different internet and still the same error
I’m going to reopen the support here on paypal because it works on sendbox and on live I’m not sure it’s a problem with them
Good plan. Someone you get someone who is better with those issues. It is clearly a PayPal problem since it is displayed on their end.
