Please help! package rate group not changing and no notification to admin

It seems that when you create a customer package using a different rate group than the default rate group, ASTPP wont change the rate group automatically, it needs to be changed manually on the customer information data, but also no Email notification to admin is triggered for the purchase either, only the customer gets a notification Email, so how I will know about the new purchase in order to change manually the rate group? if a customer purchase a package with a non default group rate you have to manually change it, which is ok if there were a way to receive an Email notification which is not the case, the Email notification goes to the customer only, anyone knows how to get email notification when a package is purchased?
