Problem with package plans

Good evening, I’m having a problem where it suddenly unassigns customers’ plans. At first, I thought it was just due to unpaid bills.

To resolve this, I left the plans with zero value and set them to renew without needing credit. However, today, I looked at it and saw that a plan I had was unassigned. It had a zero value plan and didn’t use the full amount of minutes it had. This doesn’t make any sense.

Can anyone help if it’s something in the configuration?

Here’s the configuration of the package I created.

It’s a monthly package. If they don’t use all the minutes, then those left over are gone and do not carry over to the next month

Could you provide a bit more detail about the problem with the package plans? For example:

  • Which version of ASTPP are you using?
  • Was the customer on a prepaid or postpaid, and did they have any remaining balance in their account?
