Hello everyone! I have multiple clients and providers on ASTPP with different rates. How can I make a client use only one provider? I force it on the client’s Rate Group, but it doesn’t work

You can add the force trunk in origination rates it will take that trunk only to call outside. Please note for that code it will take specific provider.

I tried to do it but it didn’t work. I have multiple providers with the same code but different prices. I solved it using “Localizations” adding a prefix and creating a termination rate for that prefix
