Provider Localization vs Trunk Localization

Can someone explain the logic of Localization at the provider vs at the trunk level? It seems that trunk localization does not work unless it is also enabled in the provider account.

Localization at the trunk level was introduced in ASTPP v5 but I can’t find any explanation on how to use it or when it’s applicable.

@dcitelecom If you are utilizing the same provider for several trunks but wish to implement specific localization for only one or two of the trunk, you can employ this solution.
