Regarding the phone billing

a very quick question.
A call started on 31st January at 11:55PM
Call finished on 1st of February 12:05AM

so basically call duration was 10 Mins

this call will be goes in the January bill or february bill? or how this gonna be work?

Since the cutoff date is the last day of the month, and final billing would occur on 1 Feb, it would fall into February bill.
