Roles permission ADMIN (Version 4.0.1)

I have a problem with permissions.
When creating another admin, even if I release permissions for him, they don’t work, and there are several functions, such as Product Summary Report, Audit Log among others.

How can I fix this, since I already released the permissions for that admin and it doesn’t work.

Have you tried to reproduce that in latest version? If no then please check.

My version is 4.0.1, the problem continue
