Roles & Permission in Community Version

Currently, only Admin and Reseller types are available. I propose we add the ability to create new user types, such as Customer, where we can define the exact roles permissions of that group. For example, I might have one customer group that should not be able to create SIP devices, whereas another group is allowed to do so. We could also disable some items from the user’s dashboard so he doesn’t have access.
