It appears that sip devices fail authentication if the IP address is not whitelisted in astpp IP settings. Is that the correct behaviour? I created a zoiper sip account and can only make calls if the originating zoiper IP is whitelisted in astpp. That doesn’t make sense. Why use sip account authentication if you need to enter a static IP address to authenticate the calls? Please help. I don’t quite get this behaviour. Maybe I am doing something wrong?
It seems some configuration issue. If you are using sip based authentication then you don’t need to have static ip configured in ip settings.
Fixed. Thanks
