Unallocated_number in call logs only for specific prefix

Im on 4.0.1 and will update soon but can someone help me with the below error please

UNALLOCATED_NUMBER showing up in call logs for outgoing call to a certain code

In this case Italy 3933 … Calling other Italy codes works fine, nothing changed in termination or origination rate

I remember having this issue a while ago (while you were still on google groups) and I was asked to reset something and it worked. I thought maybe rescan or reload start/stop SIP profile but that didn’t work

Please share freeswitch logs in freeswitch pastebin, so we can check the errors if any.

Perhaps what I was given previously was some sort of command at the fs_cli that clears that error.
