V5 live billing

Does the new V5 support live billing so if credit runs out during the call they get cut off.

Also when I tested with V4 and someone had credit and inclusive minutes, if they ran out of minutes it just cut of rather than starting to use the credit. Has this also been resolved?


Nope, we still have same concept as v4, when the call will finish package free minutes then the system will hang up the call and then user need to redial and at that time, system will use credit of account.

Is it in the pipeline for this to be changed so calls can continue and then start using their balance. Unfortunately I can’t implement if it’s going to cut customers off as they fussy buggers lol.
